CASE CONFERENCE ENDORSEMENT

[1] The Respondent, Lisa Sammut, shall, within ten days of this Endorsement, select three names from those contained in a list of real estate brokers/agents proposed by independent counsel, John B. J. Legge, on May 4, 2021, for the purposes of obtaining independent ‘opinions of value’ for the three properties which are the subject of this Application.

[2] Once the opions of value are in place, counsel shall make arrangements with the Court for a further case conference to consider next steps. Those arrangements are to be made in the usual way through the Toronto Chambers Appointments office.
