ENDORSEMENT

[1] The Plaintiff brings this motion for summary judgment. At the Civil Practice Court on January 11, 2021, Myers, J. scheduled the motion for April 28, 2021. He directed the parties to attend a case conference before the hearing date for a settlement discussion. The case conference took place before me on April 23, 2021.

[2] On April 26, 2021, I was advised that the parties agreed to the terms of a consent Judgment. On reading the consent of the parties signed April 26, 2021, I grant the relief sought. Order to go in accordance with the draft Judgment filed and signed by me.
