ENDORSEMENT
[1] The cross-examination of the representatives of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Liberty”) took place on April 8, 2021. There were several questions which were refused. The Applicants brought this motion to compel Liberty to answer the questions refused and to reattend the cross-examination.
[2] The motion was scheduled for April 23, 2021. Before the return date of the motion, I was advised that the parties had settled the motion on the basis that Liberty will answer the questions refused and Liberty’s representative will reattend the cross-examination to answer questions arising out the undertakings and refusals, on April 26, 2021.
[3] On being advised of the consent of the parties, I grant the relief sought. Order to go in accordance with the draft order filed and signed by me.
