ENDORSEMENT

[1] The respondent is to deliver to the applicant copies of mortgage and/or line of credit statements from December, 2017 up to the present date for the family home located at 105 Cherry Hills Road. The documentation should include the current status of the mortgage and/or line of credit, together with an explanation of any amounts withdrawn from the line of credit since December, 2017. The respondent shall also deliver the most recent MPAC statement regarding the assessed value of the property.

[2] The same information is required to be delivered by the applicant with respect to the property at 15 Michael Power Place.

[3] Both parties are to disclose to the other if there were tenants of the respective properties, and if so, the amounts received from December, 2017 up to present time. Copies of relevant tax returns in relation to any rental income are to be provided.

[4] The above information and documentation is to be delivered by April 29, 2021. Further submissions on the issue of the net equity in both the family home at 105 Cherry Hills Road and the applicant’s residence at 15 Michael Power Place are to be delivered by May 14, 2021.

[5] The parties are to contact the trial coordinator after May 14, 2021 in order to schedule a date for oral submissions to be made on these issues.
