ENDORSEMENT

[1] By endorsement dated March 31, 2021, I adjourned the case conference to today, April 8, 2021, to allow Ms. Neal, counsel for the Plaintiff in Action No.: CV-19-00632797, an opportunity to meet with her client and obtain instructions on how they wish to proceed.

[2] At the case conference today, Ms. Neal advised that she has been unable to contact her clients. She is considering a motion to be removed as solicitor of record.

[3] Mr. Akelian, counsel for the Plaintiff in CV-18-00610365 asked Ms. Neal if she had any authorizations signed by her client that could be used to obtain information as to whether her client’s death was caused by the subject motor vehicle accident. If so, he may be prepared to pay for the cost of obtaining the records. Ms. Neal agreed to determine if she has any authorizations. If so, she will contact Mr. Aeklian directly.

[4] The case conference is adjourned to May 18, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to allow Ms. Neal to determine her position with respect to the motion to be removed as solicitor of record. This will also allow time to determine if any records are available which would shed some light on whether Ms. Neal’s client died as a result of injuries sustained in the subject motor vehicle accident.

[5] I remain seized of the matter for the purpose of continuing the case conference.
