[1] The decision on step two of the application was released January 8, 2021 (2021 ONSC 176).

[2] C.L. is co-accused with J.P.B., C.G.B., S.J.A. and W.J.V. none of whom were involved in the application.

[3] The records which were released to the Crown and counsel for the applicant may also be released to counsel for the co-accused, on the same terms as set out in the order of January 8, 2021.
