PERELL, J.
[1] The Plaintiff, Forest Hill Homes (Cornell Rouge) Limited, is a real estate builder/developer that develops residential subdivisions and builds new residential homes. The Defendant, Ching Kun Wang, purchased a home from Forest Hill Homes, but failed to close the transaction. In this action, Forest Hill Homes sues Mr. Wang for breach of contract, and it brought a motion for summary judgment. The motion was successful, and pursuant to paragraph 21 of my Reasons for Decision, I directed the Plaintiff to submit its claim for costs.[^1]
[2] Having reviewed the Plaintiff’s Bill of Costs, I award the Plaintiff the costs as claimed; namely: partially indemnity costs of $6,128.59, all inclusive of counsel fee, disbursements and taxes.
[3] Order accordingly.
