[1] In this application, the condominium corporation asks the court to prohibit the holding of a unitholders’ meeting on October 28, 2020 pursuant to a unitholders’ requisition.

[2] An urgent case conference will be held with me tomorrow, October 23, 2020, at 2:15 PM by Zoom.

[3] Counsel for the applicant is directed to provide a copy of this endorsement and the Zoom link details for the case conference to Mr. Rajat Sharma and to the proponents of the disputed meeting by email, social media, Building Link, or otherwise so as to ensure the broad dissemination of notice of the case conference. This endorsement and the Zoom link details shall be posted today in a conspicuous location in the lobby or on a notice board where management posts information for building users generally.

[4] All persons affected by this application are notified that under rule 50.13 ( 6 ) of the Rules of Civil Procedure, RRO 1990, Reg 194, at the case conference scheduled for Friday afternoon, the court may schedule an urgent hearing of this application and make any procedural order to ensure a fair hearing. This may include, for example, orders scheduling the delivery of evidence, orders to preserve the status quo pending the hearing, or otherwise.
