CASE CONFERENCE
[1] The parties have resolved any dispute over the sequencing and scheduling of the various proceedings leading up to the leave and certification motions. They have agreed that those two motions are to be heard at the same time.
[2] The Plaintiff’s motion record has already been served and filed.
[3] The schedule which has been worked out on consent is as follows:

Hearing dates – June 7-9, 2021
[4] It remains to be seen whether the hearing next June will be in court or over Zoom. That will have to be determined as we get closer to the hearing date.
