[1] This ruling addresses the issue of costs on the matter, the merits of which I decided in my reasons of August 13, 2020.
[2] Both parties have sought an order that I award costs against the other party in the sum of $ 15000 payable within 60 days.
[3] In my view, neither party was substantially successful. However, each invested considerable time and expense in the matter.
[4] Accordingly, I order that costs be in the cause so that fairness is served.
