[1] This ruling addresses the issue of costs on the matter, the merits of which I addressed in my reasons of August 5, 2020.
[2] The Applicant was substantially successful. Notwithstanding this success, the Respondent seeks costs against her.
[3] In my view, the Applicant is entitled to costs based on her success. Accordingly, I award her costs of $3200, inclusive of fees, disbursements, and applicable taxes, payable by the Respondent within 60 days.
