Reasons for Decision
[1] The parties have settled this litigation. The Defendants, Kathleen Ann Corrigan, Michael Sills, and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, bring a motion in writing for an order on consent dismissing the Claim under Court File No. CV-11-423910 without costs.
[2] Order to go as asked in the form of the Order attached as Schedule “A” to these Reasons for Decision.
[3] In the circumstances of the Covid-19 emergency, these Reasons for Decision are deemed to be an Order of the court that is operative and enforceable without any need for a signed or entered, formal, typed order.
[4] The parties may submit formal orders for signing and entry once the court re-opens; however, these Reasons for Decision are an effective and binding Order from the time of release.
