[1] Ms Atas asks for permission to appeal this court’s decision (2020 ONSC 3471) denying her permission to apply to rescind the Judgment declaring her a vexatious litigant (2018 ONSC 58). The basis she advances for the proposed appeal is that it is unfair that this court should supervise her access to appellate review of this court’s own decisions.

[2] Ms Atas has not identified an appealable issue with this court’s conclusion that she should not be permitted to seek to rescind the s.140 Judgment declaring her vexatious. This court found that Ms Atas’ request was, itself, vexatious. Her request to appeal is likewise vexatious. It is denied.
