Costs Endorsement

[1] This endorsement is my ruling on the issue of costs in respect of the motion I decided in my endorsement of April 23, 2020.

[2] The Respondent was substantially successful on the motion.

[3] The Applicant is of limited means.

[4] In all of the circumstances I award costs to the Respondent on a partial indemnity basis in the amount of $2600, inclusive of fees, disbursements, and applicable taxes. That sum is to be paid to Legal Aid Ontario by the Applicant within 90 days of release of this endorsement; moreover, it is not to be enforced or collected by the Family Responsibility Office.
