[1] After reviewing the affidavit in support of the motion, I am satisfied that the requested order is appropriate.

[2] On the material before me, I conclude that on the date of her death Iva Zimmer was the sole beneficial owner of the lands and premises described under PIN00052-0074, being part of the northeast quarter of Lot 9 CON 10 South Norwich, NE of Coal Road, Norwich, Oxford County.

[3] Accordingly, paragraphs 2 and 3 of my order dated January 4, 2020 are in place with the requested paragraphs in the draft order.
