[1] The applicant has brought an urgent motion to have the names of the parties and their daughter identified only by their initials in endorsements and Orders of the court. This request includes two earlier Orders of the court not yet circulated beyond the parties. The basis for this request is the nature of the applicant’s occupation.

[2] The respondent consents to the relief requested.

[3] Having reviewed the evidence and based on my familiarity with the file, the applicant’s request is reasonable.

[4] An Order shall issue in accordance with paragraph 3 of the applicant’s Notice of Motion dated April 22, 2020. No costs.

[5] In the circumstances of the COVID-19 emergency, this Order is operative and enforceable without any need for a signed or entered, formal, typed Order. The applicant may submit a formal Order for signing and entry once the court re-opens.

[6] A Notice in accordance with this Order shall be posted in the file by court administration.
