ENDORSEMENT

[1] This Court has been advised in writing by counsel for the Applicants that Mr. Ioannidis is now without counsel, as Mr. de Rijcke has withdrawn from the file.

[2] The Court’s regular operations have been suspended by Notice of the Chief Justice, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

[3] This Court orders that the Minutes of Settlement executed by the parties on January 13, 2020 shall be complied with in all respects.

[4] This Court further orders that Mr. Ioannidis shall immediately advise counsel for the Applicants of the name and contact information for his legal representative on the real estate transaction, and he shall immediately deliver a Notice of Intention to Act in Person with regard to the civil proceeding (unless he has a new lawyer to replace Mr. de Rijcke, in which case Mr. Ioannidis shall immediately advise the other side of that lawyer’s name and contact information).

[5] In the interim, counsel for the Applicants shall communicate with Mr. Ioannidis directly. Order accordingly.

[6] This Order was necessary due to the urgency of the matter, as evidenced by the Minutes of Settlement.
