ENDORSEMENT

[1] Ms Atas has emailed my office as follows:

I am not available on Friday September 14, 2018 for what I expect will be an all-day case conference. Can this be scheduled for any day the following week?

[2] I have instructed Ms Atas, repeatedly, that if she advises the court that she is unavailable on a date picked by the court for an appointment, then she must explain the conflict in her schedule. Ms Atas has consistently failed to follow this direction. This is unacceptable passive aggressive behaviour and the court simply will not tolerate it any more.

[3] If Ms Atas has a prior court commitment that impedes her ability to attend the case management conference on September 14^th, then she shall provide my office with particulars immediately. If Ms Atas believes that she has some other reason to justify moving this conference to another date, then she shall provide those particulars immediately. Unless this court subsequently directs otherwise, the conference will proceed as scheduled on September 14^th.
