[1] This is an amendment to my Costs Endorsement in this matter, dated July 30, 2018.
[2] It has been brought to my attention that I did not include a figure for HST on the fees of $55,500.00, which I intended to do. Rather, I included only HST on the Defendants/Plaintiffs by Counter Claim figure for disbursements.
[3] Thus, I would amend the last sentence on page 2 to read as follows:
To that figure I would add HST of $7,215.00 in respect of the fees and $2,014.66, representing the Defendants’ claim for HST and disbursements, for a total of $64,729.66.
