ENDORSEMENT
[1] In response to my endorsement of September 28, 2018, Ms Atas has written to the court requesting a decision on her Chavali request to bring a stand-alone recusal motion, and for an emergency case management conference.
[2] I have decided Ms Atas’ Chavali request, as set out in my endorsement of September 28, 2018. Ms Atas may bring her recusal issues forward in response to the motion for an interlocutory injunction. The court will deal with the recusal issues on that motion, on the state of the record as it then exists, and if Ms Atas fails to pursue the issue, as directed, she should not expect to be permitted to pursue it subsequently. To be clear, this court, not Ms Atas, decides the process to be followed here.
[3] I have dismissed Ms Atas’ request for a stand-alone motion that I recuse myself, for the reasons given in my endorsement of September 28, 2018.
[4] The request for an emergency case management conference is denied. Ms Atas has not raised any issue for such a conference, urgent or otherwise.
D.L. Corbett J.
