AMENDED COSTS ENDORSEMENT

[1] I have reviewed the submissions of both parties with respect to costs and have considered the factors set out in the Rules and in the case of Boucher v. Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario (2004), 71 O.R. (3d) 291 (C.A.). I agree with the submissions of the Plaintiff that it was largely the successful party on the motion.

[2] I agree with the submissions of the Plaintiff that costs of $4,512 are reasonable in all of the circumstances. With respect to the additional submissions requested by the Court I award costs to the Plaintiff of $500 as the reasonable amount to be awarded in costs. I therefore award costs of $4,512 plus $500 to be paid by the Defendants to the Plaintiff.
