Endorsement

[1] In my endorsement of July 4, 2018, I advised that if Ms Atas provided her response to the plaintiffs’ position about the motion for an interlocutory injunction by 5:00 pm, July 10th, then I would try to provide directions for the motion by July 12th. Ms Atas has not yet responded.

[2] July 10th was not a firm deadline for Ms Atas – rather, as I indicated in my endorsement of July 4th, this early deadline was an opportunity for Ms Atas to facilitate expediting the schedule for the motion, since she takes the position that the interim injunction is prejudicial to her.

[3] Ms Atas shall respond to the plaintiffs’ position, set out in the correspondence from plaintiffs’ counsel on July 4, 2018, by July 27, 2018. The court will then provide directions for return of the motion for an interlocutory injunction. This is a firm deadline for Ms Atas – the court will set the schedule in light of the materials that have been received by July 27th. The interim injunction remains in place pending return of the interlocutory injunction.
