ENDORSEMENT
[1] This proceeding is dismissed as, on its face, it is void of any known cause of action. It is therefore frivolous, vexatious or otherwise an abuse of process of this court pursuant to Rule 2.1.01 of the Rules of Civil Procedure R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 194. The self-represented plaintiff seeks relief outside the jurisdiction of this court. He further seeks damages over $170 million. The pleading is laced with conjecture and speculation. It runs 19 pages long and, while it makes broad references to elements of tort law, contract law and constitutional principles, it fails to disclose a reasonable cause of action.
V.R. Chiappetta J.
