RULING ON COSTS
1I have now had a chance to read the written submissions of the defendants/moving parties on the issue of costs.
2The defendants were completely successful in the original motion for summary judgment. I have now signed the draft order submitted by the successful defendants and am prepared to rule on costs.
3I find the submissions of the moving parties as to costs to be reasonable in the circumstances. I therefore direct the plaintiff, Rawia Salman, shall pay costs to the defendants on a partial indemnity basis as required, set at $30,073.01, inclusive of HST and disbursements. Costs are payable forthwith.
