RULING ON COSTS

[1] I have now had a chance to read the written submissions of the defendants/moving parties on the issue of costs.

[2] The defendants were completely successful in the original motion for summary judgment. I have now signed the draft order submitted by the successful defendants and am prepared to rule on costs.

[3] I find the submissions of the moving parties as to costs to be reasonable in the circumstances. I therefore direct the plaintiff, Rawia Salman, shall pay costs to the defendants on a partial indemnity basis as required, set at $30,073.01, inclusive of HST and disbursements. Costs are payable forthwith.
