[1] In my endorsement on this matter reported at 2017 ONSC 6869, the issue of costs was reserved. The parties advise that they have settled the issue of costs. Order to go that the respondent, the Corporation of the City of Quinte West, shall pay to the applicant his fixed costs of this matter inclusive of fees, disbursements and H.S.T. in the amount of $20,313.73. Order to go accordingly.
