ENDORSEMENT
[1] By endorsement dated September 13, 2017 I directed the registrar to serve a Form 2.1A notice on the plaintiff. The plaintiff has failed to respond in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure. The Statement of Claim issued December 9, 2015 is one paragraph apparently seeking to protect the plaintiff’s “right” to bring a claim in the future. Needless to say the claim as drafted is devoid of any discernable legal cause of action and is properly dismissed in accordance with Rule 2.1.01 of the Rules of Civil Procedure.
