This addendum is supplementary to the Reasons for Decision and Sentencing Disposition reported as R. v. Gallagher, 2017 ONSC 6250.
The Reasons for Decision set out the offender’s sentence expressed in months whereas his credit for time served was expressed in days.
This addendum converts the offender’s sentence to days rather than months. The sentence in this case was consecutive as between all counts. This addendum also shows the offender’s sentence and credit for pretrial custody on a count by count basis.
