Addendum to Costs ENDORSEMENT of July 31, 2017

[1] On July 31, 2017, I released an endorsement with respect to the costs of a motion held on June 13, 2017. In paragraph 17 I indicated that this was a proper case for the Respondent’s costs to be paid at a substantial indemnity rate. This was in error. Paragraph 17 should read:

In all of these circumstances, I find that this is a proper case for the Respondent’s costs to be paid at a full indemnity rate.
