Endorsement

[1] As I advised the parties during argument of their second production motions, a preliminary endorsement is in order. As a result the following is ordered:

(1) The parties will immediately seek an order pursuant to Rule 37.15 of the Rules of Civil Procedure seeking the appointment of one judge to hear all motions in these matters, to make procedural orders and to give directions as necessary.

(2) For reasons that will follow, the parties are not required to provide a chart of their requests or a table or concordance, as I had originally requested.

(3) The parties’ counsel will prepare and exchange Bills of Costs in advance of every court appearance and provide a copy of both Bills to their respective clients.
