[1] In my reasons for decision dated May 2, 2017, I indicated that if the parties could not agree on the issue of costs they could contact me in order to set a timetable for the delivery of cost submissions. The parties have been unable to agree. I have considered the parties submissions regarding their proposed timetables.

[2] I therefore order the following timetable applicable to both the main action and counterclaim:

(a) The plaintiff (defendant by counterclaim) is to deliver their costs submissions and bill of costs by June 23, 2017 (not to exceed 5 pages in length).

(b) The defendant (plaintiff by counterclaim) is to deliver their cost submissions and bill of costs by July 17, 2017 (not to exceed 5 pages in length).

(c) Any reply by both the plaintiff (defendant by counterclaim) and defendant (plaintiff by counterclaim) is to be delivered by July 25, 2017 (not to exceed 3 pages in length).
