[1] The respondent was totally successful at trial.
[2] The applicant submits there should be no costs because he is impecunious and the respondent who has first native status has access to corresponding benefits and resources.
[3] The respondent may have benefits which she is able to access because of her status, however because the applicant is unable to work she is also the sole support of their children.
[4] Based on the submissions I have received from both parties I award costs to the respondent fixed in the amount of $6,000.
