ENDORSEMENT
[1] The appellant filed a notice of appeal dated November 16, 2016. A conference call is scheduled for today to discuss the date for the filing of the parties’ respective factums and setting a date for the hearing of the appeal.
[2] Counsel for the respondent participated in the call. The appellant, who is self-represented, did not participate in the call.
[3] Counsel for the respondent advised the Court that the treating physician advised the appellant of the conference call for today.
[4] In the circumstances, I order that the appellant file her factum within 14 days of receipt of the record and transcript of the hearing. The respondent shall file her factum within 14 days of being served with the appellant's factum.
[5] The date for the appeal will be set by the trial coordinator.
[6] Counsel for the respondent requests a motion date to seek an Interim Treatment Order pursuant to section 19 of the Health Care and Consent Act. I order that such motion shall be heard on Monday, December 12, 2016.
[7] I further order that a copy of this endorsement and the respondent's motion for December 12, 2016 are to be served on the appellant.
