[1] Further to my April 1, 2016, judgment in this matter, I further order that:

As per the January 19, 2016 Minutes of Settlement, the Real Estate lawyer Imran Akram has an amount of $63,990.01 in his trust account from the net proceeds of sale of the parties’ matrimonial home. The amount of $15,310.23 from the balance of sale proceeds, which was deposited in the court by Real Estate lawyer, will be released by the court office to the trust account of the Real Estate lawyer, Imran Akram. (i. e. total balance of sale proceeds available are $79,300.24) (hereinafter referred to as "Holdback").
From the Holdback, the Real Estate lawyer, Imran Akram, is directed and authorized to pay Ms. Iqbal her 50% share of the net proceeds, in the amount of $39,650.01, to be paid in the name of Archana Medhekar, in trust.
From the Holdback, the Real Estate lawyer, Imran Akram, is directed and authorized to pay Ms. Iqbal an additional amount of $39,650.01 from the 50% share of Mr. Jamil, to be paid in the name of Archana Medhekar, in trust.
Upon payment from Mr. Jamil's share from the Holdback, Mr. Jamil still owes Ms. Iqbal the amount of $12,428. This amount should be paid to Archana Medhekar, in trust, by way of certified cheque or draft.
These adjustments do not include the costs ordered under my Judgment dated April 1, 2016.
Mr. Jamil shall pay costs to Ms. Iqbal in the amount of $40,000 inclusive within four (4) months of April 1, 2016, payable to Legal Aid Ontario, to be paid in the name of Archana Medhekar, in trust, by way of certified cheque or draft.
