Endorsement
[1] During the hearing of this application the Intervener provided the court with a chart entitled “Chronology of Key Elements of Bargaining Proposals”. This chart was not entered into evidence and does not form part of the evidentiary record. The Applicants advised during the hearing that there were omissions in the chart. No other charts were subsequently submitted during the hearing of the application.
[2] At the conclusion of the hearing, I indicated that if the parties could agree on its contents, a further chart could be jointly submitted to my attention. This chart was only to be submitted following the conclusion of the hearing if all parties agreed to its contents. The parties have been unable to agree.
[3] As a result no further charts including the Applicants under cover of March 8, 2016 will be accepted for filling.
Firestone J.
