[1] On its face, this action appears to be a collateral attack on the Judgment of G.A. Campbell, J. dated June 11, 2014. As such it appears to be an abuse of process. Moreover, many of the allegations in the claim appear to be vexatious.

[2] The Registrar is directed to provide notice in Form 2.1A to the plaintiff.

[3] Action is stayed pending further order resolving the Rule 2.1 inquiry.
