[1] The applicant was successful on the motion. She seeks costs in the amount of $45,020.56 all inclusive. The respondent agrees that the applicant should have her costs and agrees that the amount sought is reasonable. The respondent, however, disagrees with the applicant’s cost submissions.
[2] Given that the amount sought is agreed to, an order will issue that the respondent pay to the applicant her costs of $45,020.56.
