[1] This action is on its face is a clear attempt to re-litigate the decision of Campbell, J in FS-23-13 in Kitchener. Adding the bank is vexatious. The action is an abuse of process and is dismissed.

[2] Costs, if demanded, are payable by the plaintiff to the defendants forthwith after assessment.

[3] I dispense with any requirement for the plaintiff to approve the formal dismissal order.
