[1] On March 29, 2016, I released Reasons for Judgment in relation to this matter (2016 ONSC 1961). Those reasons were subject a temporary publication ban in order to give the parties an opportunity to consider whether any portions of the Reasons should be redacted. I have now been advised by counsel for the applicants, with the concurrence of counsel for the respondent, that no redactions are being requested. Accordingly, the temporary publication ban is rescinded.
