Endorsement
[1] The motion was not opposed. Pharmacist representative counsel filed written submissions in support of the motion.
[2] Having reviewed these submissions as well as the Monitor’s submissions, I am satisfied that the requested relief should be granted.
[3] As noted by the Monitor, there is a benefit in having a streamlined process to identify and resolve common issues in dispute among pharmacist’s claims and an expeditious and efficient procedure to resolve such disputes.
[4] The modified fee arrangements are set out in the order and are clearly subject to court approval.
[5] The motion is granted and an order has been signed.
