ENDORSEMENT

[1] On consent, interim order to issue as follows:

1. Incorporating paragraphs 47(a) – (i) of the report of Julie Guindon dated November 16, 2015,

2. Including the report of Julie Guindon and the access/visitation schedule developed by the parties for the months on November, and December 2015 and January 2016 as part of the continuing record,

3. Commencing December 1, 2015 the Respondent shall pay child support in the amount of $817.00 for the support of the two children of the marriage namely, Samuel Bronwlee, born May 19, 2008 and Stella Bronwlee, born February 10, 2011 based upon the Respondent’s income of $55,000.00 per annum,

4. Julie Guindon shall remain available to assist the parties for the next 12 months conditional upon the parties agreeing to her further involvement and Ms. Guindon accepting that her involvement would be useful and helpful,

5. Having been assigned this matter pursuant to the Coordinated Case Management protocol the the trial co-ordinator shall schedule future matters before me at the request of either party,

6. Costs are reserved and shall be determined in the cause.
