Costs ENDORSEMENT
1I have now had the opportunity of reviewing the cost submissions from both parties.
2I see no reason why the Plaintiff should not receive its costs as claimed on a Partial Indemnity basis, both at trial and for the preparatory work and attendance on the Injunction prior to trial.
3Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff its costs fixed in the amount of $80,010.20.
