Costs ENDORSEMENT

[1] I have now had the opportunity of reviewing the cost submissions from both parties.

[2] I see no reason why the Plaintiff should not receive its costs as claimed on a Partial Indemnity basis, both at trial and for the preparatory work and attendance on the Injunction prior to trial.

[3] Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff its costs fixed in the amount of $80,010.20.
