[1] My decision dated March 13, 2014 states clearly that it is a final determination of all the issues between the parties.
[2] Thus, the lump sum support payment takes into account all spousal support arrears and all future spousal support obligations.
[3] I specifically stated that I was not dealing with child support arrears. If there are any child support arrears pursuant to Court Order or agreement predating my March 13, 2014 Endorsement those arrears will have to be paid.
