COSTS ENDORSEMENT

[1] While both parties behaved somewhat unreasonably, the respondent by refusing to agree to anything less than the spousal support that was ordered when her the applicant was working full time, and the husband by unilaterally disobeying a court order and stopping spousal support altogether leaving the applicant somewhat destitute.

[2] In addition, he refused to negotiate spousal support realistically, both in quantum and his continued request that the spousal support cease at some point in time.

[3] Overall the respondent has been much more successful than the applicant and shall have her costs fixed at $6773.73.
