[1] Presumptively the Respondent is entitled to his costs. The issue is, of course, quantum.
[2] The Respondent has simply attached the lawyer’s ledger statement and asks for full indemnity costs of $15,325.19.
[3] Preparation for attendance at the case conference are included despite no costs orders having been made at the conference.
[4] In all the circumstances I find that it is appropriate to order the Applicant to pay costs to the Respondent in the amount of $6,000, all inclusive.
