HEARD: August 15, 2014

ENDORSEMENT

[1] As the designated case supervision judge in respect of this action, I convened two telephone conferences with counsel on August 14 and 15, 2014.

[2] Counsel were advised that as this matter is no longer a four day trial, and the present estimated time required for the trial is eight to ten days, the scheduled date of November 24, 2014 is vacated.

[3] This matter will be placed on the blitz trial list of January 2015.

[4] It was submitted by counsel that this matter had previously been marked peremptory to the plaintiff Virk. On review of the file, I did not see an order to that effect, however, if such an order were made, counsel shall bring that to my attention.

[5] Counsel shall deliver to me by August 29, 2014 the amended timetable as had been agreed to by the parties.
