ENDORSEMENT

[1] I have not received the information I requested in my endorsement of May 21, 2014 in paragraph 13. I have a FRO account statement which ends on November 21, 2012 showing arrears owing on the prior child support order of $6,792.89.

[2] I have copies of the payor’s tax assessments for 2011, 2012, and 2013 showing a drastic decline in income from $53,400 in 2009 to zero in 2013, and $16,146 in 2012. A recent medical letter was filed showing Mr. Hodgson as impaired physically.

[3] The only order I will add to my prior endorsement is to cancel arrears of child support. This was a default proceeding. As child support for both daughters was terminated by me effective in 2005 and 2012, there is no reason to add any further finding or order. I am not satisfied that Mr. Hodgson is owed anything by way of overpayment.
