[1] I spoke with counsel on this matter this day by conference call.
[2] Although I am not seized of this motion to change, it was expected that, given my involvement to date, I would hear the motion. I now have a conflict with the present hearing date of October 27 and 28, 2014.
[3] After discussions with counsel and the trial office, the date for hearing is varied to October 21 and 22, 2014. The dates of October 27 and 28 are vacated.
[4] The motion will be heard in Brampton.
[5] Again, while I am not seized of the motion, it is anticipated that I will hear the matter.
