CORRIGENDUM

[1] The invoices for surveillance total $11,181.37. Paragraph 62 of my costs endorsement dated July 15, 2014 should read $11,181.37 not $8,922.03 representing a difference of $2,259.34 to allow for the deduction of all surveillance as ordered.

[2] The parties have advised that the Master’s cost order in the sum of $1,000 has been satisfied. Therefore a further deduction of $1,000 from the costs award is to be made.

[3] Paragraph 62 of my costs endorsement dated July 15, 2014 should read $52,332.36 not $52,336.56 representing a difference of $4.20.

[4] As a result paragraph 3 of my supplementary costs endorsement dated July 22, 2014 is reduced from $71,966.53 to $68,702.99.
