[1] I am prepared to reconsider my costs decision (2014 ONSC 1990) now that I have received Ms Hoy’s belated submissions. The applicant may make written submissions within 15 days on the question of my jurisdiction to order costs against the respondent, when in the notice of application costs were only requested from the incapable person.
