ENDORSEMENT
[1] All parties attended a conference call with me on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 4:45 p.m.. On consent, a timetable has been determined to deal with any and all outstanding motions. That timetable is as follows:
The plaintiff shall serve and file its Notice of Motion and supporting material by April 15, 2014.
Any responding material by any other party shall be served and filed by May 16, 2014.
If Mr. Pathak wishes to bring any motions, they shall be served and filed by May 16, 2014.
Any reply material shall be served and filed by May 30, 2014.
Any responding material to Mr. Pathak's motions shall be served and filed by May 30, 2014.
If Mr. Pathak wishes to reply to the plaintiff’s material he shall serve and file it by June 15, 2014.
The argument for all motions shall be heard by me Friday, July 25, 2014 commencing at 10 AM. It is anticipated that the motion will take approximately 3 hours.
